I tayed out of the fashion loop so that I could watch the disaster as fashionistas slowly trod down thr back of their Uggs. In fact, perhaps after a long winter of Ugg wearing and treading down the back of your boots, FitFlops are what you need to sort out your posture again!

Actually, with Mothers day coming up – I think I will buy my mum a pair and she can test them out before I invest in a pair.

Pink, blue, green, yellow and more – they come in loads of colours and types. Since their growth they are also investing in developing with big named brands such as, Hit-Tec.

Men, be warned, they are currently coming for your bum fat too. My father is really going to appreciate a  gift of bum-toning fitflops this year.

I am so excited, you won’t believe this, is it really real! Shoes that you can wear that are both comfortable and help to tone and trim your legs – Fit Flops. So the Media say, Fit Flops are great for back ache and pains too.

It is recommended to limit their usage to 3 hours a day maximum when they are first purchased. They are marketed as the flip flop with the gym built in.

FitFlops are currently selling like hot cakes due to the sudden change in season (I can see some sunshine through my office window) and I’m still deliberating whether to buy a pair.

Whilst I love all the attentio, I do get back niggles from having to lift my over-zealous toddler. I could also do with shedding a pound or two which I haven’t got round to losing since my pregnancy. I am not quite ready to spend out on fitflops.

Currently, they are only designed for women but they are working on some for men. If my dad is really lucky, he’ll get a pair too for fathers day.
